Hyderabad tribal healers' training planned for November 1–2; AP carnival also listed

The Tribal Affairs Ministry has listed a capacity-building conclave in Hyderabad for November 1–2, 2026, involving around 1,500 traditional tribal healers from nine states and Union territories. Its October 27 announcement places the event within the November 1–15 Janjatiya Gaurav Pakhwada programme. These are planned participation figures, not completed attendance counts.

The ministry also lists a statewide tribal carnival in Andhra Pradesh among planned state activities. This release gives no specific AP venue, district schedule or admission arrangements. It does not establish that Hyderabad participants have already completed training or received certification. Training plans do not establish the clinical effectiveness of any treatment.
