National Land Monetization Corporation has withdrawn 35 RINL plots at Visakhapatnam from an e-auction following a judicial order prohibiting their sale, according to an October 28 Finance Ministry release carried by PIB. The remaining available plots are scheduled for auction on November 3.
The release describes two separate changes: Corrigendum-6, dated October 26, removes the 35 plots; Corrigendum-7, dated October 28, revises the timetable. Withdrawal does not mean those plots have been sold, and the notice does not report a completed sale of the remaining land.
The deadline for registration and submission of the earnest money deposit is November 1 at 8 pm. The announced auction window is November 3, from 11 am to 5 pm. Property inspection remains available by prior appointment.
NLMC says letters of acceptance will be issued to selected bidders after the auction. The release provides no auction proceeds or final successful-bid figures.
Prospective bidders should read the annexed list in Corrigendum-6 and the revised timetable in Corrigendum-7. The other conditions of the August 31 request for proposal and later corrigenda remain unchanged except where expressly modified, the ministry says.
The documents are available through NLMC at https://nlmc.dpe.gov.in/homepage/homepage.php and the auction portal https://eauction.enivida.com/ . This notice does not itself establish title clearance for an individual plot or guarantee a successful bid.
