Casio India and RSL Group have announced a partnership to develop keyboard and piano learning materials and run professional-development workshops for music teachers across India. Hyderabad is among the cities named in Casio India's October 26 release, distributed through NewsVoir.
The partners plan three physical method books covering beginner piano, beginner keyboard and advanced keyboard, supported by interactive digital lessons. The release says books will be supplied with selected Casio keyboard models; it does not give a complete model list, prices or a confirmed availability date for each resource.
Teacher workshops are planned to start in 2026, with trainers from India and the UK. Besides Hyderabad, the announced city list includes Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Guwahati, Aizawl, Dimapur, Kochi, Madurai and Tiruchirappalli. Individual dates, venues, fees and registration details are not specified in the release.
The partnership aims to reach more than 150,000 music enthusiasts and over 1,000 teachers over three years. These are company targets, not participation already achieved. The announcement establishes a planned education collaboration rather than an independently measured improvement in learning outcomes.
