India finished the Asian Para Games 2026 with 114 medals, according to a Prime Minister’s Office release published through PIB on 25 October. The PMO described the total as the country’s highest at the Games and said the competition had concluded.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the Indian contingent and praised the athletes’ determination and contribution to the performance. This is an attributed report of the official announcement, rather than an independently compiled results table.
The release provides the overall medal total but no gold, silver and bronze breakdown, country ranking, athlete-by-athlete results or event scores. Those details cannot be established from this release alone. No specific Andhra Pradesh or Telangana contribution is identified in it.
