A CBSE Experience Centre was inaugurated at the board’s Integrated Complex in Dwarka, New Delhi, on October 27, the Education Ministry said. The 6,000-square-foot centre contains 12 broad zones and 21 exhibits designed to connect students with education history, interactive learning and career exploration.
The announcement establishes the centre’s inauguration and describes its facilities. It does not specify visitor opening hours, booking arrangements, admission charges or school-group access procedures. Readers should wait for CBSE’s visitor information before planning a trip.
RFID-enabled smart cards let visitors interact with exhibits and activities and access personalised takeaways and game-based leaderboards. Career-focused installations include Career Explorer, Future of Professions and Magic Mirror: Future You. The centre also includes holographic interactions featuring representations of B. R. Ambedkar and A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.
Other sections trace the evolution of education in India, CBSE’s history through archival material and Earth’s geological timeline. The final Eduverse experience uses motion-based and multisensory elements to present natural landscapes and space environments. These are educational installations, not actual encounters with the historical figures or destinations depicted.
The ministry linked the centre to experiential and holistic learning under NEP 2020. It described the aim as encouraging curiosity, experimentation and understanding beyond textbook learning and examination marks. These are educational objectives; the release does not provide an evaluation demonstrating improved student outcomes.
The immediate development is a newly inaugurated learning facility. Its visitor arrangements and any future school programmes need their own official notices.
