CCI approves Integrace’s proposed acquisition of Universal NutriScience shares

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Integrace Private Limited’s proposed acquisition of share capital in Universal NutriScience Private Limited (UNS) and related transactions, according to a PIB release dated October 22, 2026. The proposed deal involves Integrace buying shares from UNS’s existing shareholders.

The release says Integrace makes medicines related to bone treatment and women’s health, while UNS focuses on nutrition and lifestyle products.
