New Delhi is scheduled to host the 61st meeting of the International Committee of Legal Metrology on 26–28 October 2026, according to the organiser's meeting notice. Akashvani News reported on 19 October that India's Department of Consumer Affairs is organising the event with the International Organization of Legal Metrology. The report says experts will discuss modernising measurement regulation. The meeting has not yet taken place.
