The US Department of Commerce put its antidumping order for covered solar cells from India, Indonesia and Laos on public inspection on 6 November. The document is scheduled for publication on 9 November. It covers crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, including covered cells assembled into modules.
The India table lists a 123.04% dumping margin and a 107.17% cash deposit rate after adjustment for subsidy offsets. The deposit rate also applies to Premier Energies Photovoltaic, one of the named companies. The order says deposit collection resumes on publication of the US International Trade Commission’s final injury findings. It describes a gap starting 25 October after the provisional measures expired.
