India’s information and broadcasting ministry invited film-technology startups to apply for the WaveX pavilion at WAVES Bazaar, part of the 2026 International Film Festival of India in Goa. The ministry announced the call on 7 November.
The call is open to startups registered with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade that work in film or related technology. A WaveX committee will screen applications. The pavilion gives selected businesses a place to demonstrate products and meet filmmakers, production companies and investors.
