Dated elected-membership record
The Gazette notification dated 3 April 2024 lists Dharmshila Gupta among members elected by the elected members of the Bihar Legislative Assembly to Rajya Sabha. The current official roster independently matches member ID2589, party and the 2024-2030 term. Notification, election declaration and oath dates are distinct; this is state representation, not a Lok Sabha constituency.
