Question5092,answered on2April2025,names Dineshbhai Makwana among joint sponsors asking about major-mineral block auctions since2015 and during financial year2024-25 through February2025. The Ministry distinguishes all auctioned blocks from those auctioned specifically for mining leases. Auction is distinct from mine operation, production or measured local benefits. This is parliamentary scrutiny of a national programme, not an Ahmedabad West mining project or personal delivery.
