Union Minister of State Jitin Prasada visited Poland on November 2–3 with a delegation of 12 Indian companies, the Commerce Ministry said on November 4. Meetings covered possible cooperation in artificial intelligence, semiconductors, cybersecurity and critical minerals.
Prasada discussed data centres and other technology priorities with Poland’s deputy prime minister and digital affairs minister, Krzysztof Gawkowski. In separate talks with Polish officials, he raised opportunities in agricultural technology and food processing and discussed partnerships between startups.
At the India–Poland Business Forum on November 3, Prasada highlighted potential market opportunities under the India–EU free trade agreement. The ministry described those opportunities as prospective and gave no date for the agreement to take effect. Its account of the visit announced no signed contracts or investment amounts.
