The Minority Affairs Ministry announced a PM VIKAS agreement with the Centre of Excellence in Maritime & Shipbuilding on November 4. It plans training for 6,300 candidates across seven states and territories, including Telangana. The ministry did not give a separate Telangana allocation.
The planned roles include business analyst, warehouse supervisor and guest service executive. Separate agreements cover 2,400 candidates in Madhya Pradesh and 900 in Uttar Pradesh. The figures describe planned training places. Enrolment dates and placement outcomes were not announced.
